I am an engineer in Dhaka working where AI systems meet real production load — retrieval pipelines, multi-tenant data, and the unglamorous plumbing that keeps them honest.

I am a vibe coder: Claude and Codex write alongside me, and what ships is production software — the architecture, the review, and the consequences stay mine.

At Automata One I build a multi-tenant call intelligence platform: tenant-isolated Postgres, background workers that survive failure, and an LLM pipeline that has to be auditable rather than merely impressive.

Before that, North South University, and a long habit of building the thing rather than reading about it.

Building a multi-tenant call intelligence platform for contact centres — recordings in, auditable quality evaluations out.

Tenant isolation enforced in PostgreSQL with row-level security and transaction-scoped tenant context, so one company can never read another’s data.

Long-running transcription and audit work queued through Redis to arq background workers, keeping AI latency off the web request path.

An LLM pipeline that transcribes call audio, normalises speaker turns, then evaluates each transcript against per-company rules — with report snapshots so later prompt changes never rewrite historical evidence.

Usage metering and wallet billing in BDT, and a full English/বাংলা interface.

Physics Chatbot
Offline RAG tutor for the NCTB physics curriculum.
A learning assistant for grade 9–10 students that runs entirely without internet. Textbook content is chunked into a vector store, retrieval is widened by generating related questions before searching, and a small language model summarises conversation history so context survives without unbounded memory. Answers stay anchored to the NCTB textbook and render maths inline with LaTeX. Built for students whose access to the cloud is the constraint, not their curiosity.

Role-based operations platform, built on design patterns.
A web platform for managing people, products, and tasks across Admin, HR, Product, and Shop Manager roles. The interesting part is the architecture: Singleton for the database connection, Factory to extend employee roles, Builder for user profiles, Observer to push manager updates to staff, and Strategy for cart behaviour — chosen deliberately rather than applied decoratively. JWT auth and Zod validation at the boundary.
